VNC for Solaris10

Hi guys,

I have done fresh installed of solaris10 on SunSparcV240 Server & Downloaded X11vnc sunfreeware.com & did pkgadd ,now x11vnc is there in my /usr/local/bin but when i run ./x11vnc i am geting following error.

06/02/2006 17:02:29 x11vnc version: 0.7pre lastmod: 2004-12-23

06/02/2006 17:02:29 XOpenDisplay failed (null)

Can any pls. tell me what i am missing what exact steps do i need to follow in order to run my x11vnc sucessfully.
