Minor usability feature

Wouldnt it be nice if we could see the patch README

form the Installed Patches page by clicking on a

patch if one doesnt remember the details from

the patch id or synopsis ?

That should be easy to do as all patch README's

are found on the local disk in /var/sadm/patch/*
