UM not accepting NK# from software contract

Using the UM gui to manage my subscription, it will not accept my valid software support contract number (NK.....) as a valid key.

The Update Manager manual plainly states:

"subscription key can be the contract number for any of your Sun support contracts which include software support."

How can I get a valid key, I have valid software support afterall?

If it does not accept your valid subscription key there may be a problem with the setup of the entitlement level associated with the key.

As such we would recommend that you contact your local solution center and raise a support case to ask them to verify the entitlement is setup correctly.
