Patch 118245-05 annoyances
I manually installed the patch 118245-05. I didn't use the graphical actions since it was flagged as "download only". I shutdown the DS services and then ran it. I even rebooted. Everything LDAP-wise still works.
I am using the Directory Server 5.2 which is patched to level 4. See patch set 64771370 for JES. The host is also loaded with version 5.1 too maybe on this Ultra80 host.
The log for patch 118245-05 states (I paraphrase) that the material already exists but it will be overwritten. It works.
Finally I ran the "updatemanager" and it wants to install the 118245-05 patch. I ran an update again and it said to install it (download only). When I agreed to do it, it failed but the updatemanager finally refreshed saying I had nothing more to install.
From reading the patch for 118245-05, I don't know if the code is relevant to DS 5.1 or DS.2 on this host.
