Xsession error

I have a strange problem. I'm able to connect to Solaris box running solaris9 using my Xmanager as superuser. Where as all other normal users are not able to connect to the Solaris box using Xmanager but are able to use it by doing telnet to it and using in command mode.

Why does this happen? What is the solution for this?
