Missing sconadm

I follwed the Sun Update Connection instructions as posted and selected the patchadd method of installation. All three patches (119107-06 & it's pre-reqs) installed successfully. I now move to step 2 - register and there is no /usr/sbin/sconadm command on the box? HELP!Thanks!
