Does Sun offer customer initiated chat sessions for technical support calls? (or can Sun technical support reps initiate chat sessions with customers for that matter)

No, Sun does not usually offer chat sessions. If you have a Spectrum contract you can call your support center regarding Sun Update Connection related issues and will be put through to the SWUP support team, otherwise interaction is limited to emails or forum posts.ForumModerator at 2007-7-6 13:30:07 >
