subscription key

Hi,

I got a basic solaris 10 support contract, and it was set up on 07AUG2005. I have access to sunsolve and patches, so I know the account/contract is functional. Whenever I try and register a system for use with update connection, I get "Invalid Sun Subscription Key". I'm using my contract number NKxxxxxxx as the subscription key. Please advise.

Please report your problem to the Sun Connection Token Support team by emailing "sun-connection-token-support@sun.com".They should be able to help with entitlement or subscription key problems.

That email address is correct, however they maybe busy. I would suggest giving them a few days. If you still don't receive any feedback from them and if you have a contract open a case with the Entitlement Team at Sun.

I did hear back from them. Apparently even though my equipment is here, my support contract doesn't start until the 17th of April.
