not a valid Sun Account

I finally got around the Web Service Exception by reinstalling the new install package. Now there's no exception but I can't login, it says, "Your login information does not match a valid Sun Account."

I supposed the Sun Account it asks for is the same one I use to login here? and for downloading Solaris? I can login here but cannot login to Update Connection?

At first I thought it may need a separate account, so I tried to create a new one, but always failed, something like "error creating new account", without any specific reason why it failed. I did try several usernames.

Does anyone have the same problem at this moment, or am I missing something?
