zero available updates?

First two systems I used this on were fine: I entered no contract during the reg.

The third I did use a valid contract, but too manage from the portal, I could not appear to pick the option to patch now, so I uninstalled and de-registered on the portal.

Reinstalled with no contract or promotion code, but again the check for updated is greyed out and there are zero updates available.

Anybody know how to get this going again?

Thx
