No JSP Pre-compile howto

Does anyone know how to disable JSP Pre-compile when autodeploying on Appserver 8.1? I've got some JSPs which are going on with a deploy and I don't want the server trying to compile them on the way in, as it will bail every time.

Any suggestions?
