zfs in latest release

I've downloaded the current release of Solaris 10 for SPARC but have yet to install it. Can someone tell me if the new ZFS file system is included in this release? I've read press releases saying that it would not be included in the initial downloadable release but version 3/05 at the sun store mentions that its included.
