Here's what I got... I know the X86 files are good, but the sparc ones have not been independently verified. Let us know if your sums match OK?
Thanks!

Hi all;
I downloaded the Solaris 10 1/06 CD (not DVD) *.iso.zip files earlier this week. Could not find MD5 checksums for them, so rolled the dice. A colleague who has the software burned them to CD for me, and I was able to install.
Are the checksums posted above valid for the CD version of the 01/06 release? Where can the current ones (or ANY ones, for that matter) be found without purchasing the media kit?
Any thoughts on the following appreciated as well:
1st CD booted and installed fine, on the 2nd and 3rd CDs, even though they were read by the installer, there were errors in the install on a couple of packages, and threw an error message that the install failed. Since the 1st CD installed properly, I can boot the system, and apparently I can resume the install from the other CDs. but I'd like to make sure my downloads were accurate.
I of course didn't jot down the actual error messages (can't cut/paste as yet), but does it sound like there may be a problem with the download if the installer is able to recognize the CD as SOlaris software, and even partially install?
Any assistance appreciated; this is my 1st time installing from home brewed CD images, and I'm not sure of the process.
TIA
Joe D.
