ZFS

Hi,

I am interested whether it will be possible to grow and especially shrink a mounted ZFS.

Especially shrinking is very difficult / impossible with Linux filesystems.

And how about porting ZFS to Linux ? Would this be legal with the opensolaris license ? And could this be done in less time than writing a completely new fs ?
