How to add user in solaris

i want to add new user to my soalris 10 ,but i can not find admintool commands like in solaris 9i do not want to use useradd command .please let me know does it change admintool in solaris 10 or no?

Log in to CDE and in the fourth drawer from the right at the bottom of the screen you will find an entry for Solaris Management Console, this should do the trick.Here's a link for all the Docs as well http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/prod/solarisH.T.H.
