Fujitsu 18G HDD on Ultra-30?

Hi, All.I've been trying to get my U30 (Solaris 8) to talk to a "new" Fujitsu HDD MAG3182LC that I picked up. I get lots of bus resets, but no formatting. Suggestions? Am I asking too much of this older creature?TIA,Donald.

I have had more problems with fujitsu drives than with any U series computer... no matter how old you think they are...
check to see if there are any jumpers. hopefully you know enough not to set the address with jumpers...
