How to install external SCSI hard drive Ultra60 Solaris 10

I am newbie to Sun. May I know how do Install and configure an external SCSI hard drive. I already had it connected physically and rebooted the whole box, but Solaris 10 didn't find it. What do I need to do.

when you boot the box... hold down Stop+A this will halt the machine after the splash screen.... you could do a probe-scsi-all to see if the external storage shows up (I hope the scsi ID is not 0,3,6 or 7) .... then type boot -r and then it should show up...
try it and see,
