iPlaner Web Server stops with Event ID 24/25

Hi,

I m running IWS 4.1 on Windows NT server, sometimes IWS stops authenticating users ans in event log it shows below error.

1. The description for Event ID ( 25 ) in Source ( WebServer 4.1) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.

OR

2. The description for Event ID ( 24 ) in Source ( https-abcd001.xyz.anyone.com ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: [24/Jan/2006:18:11:33] config ( 957): for host 123.45.67.89 trying to POST /SOME/SOMEGateway, handle-processed reports: The request method is not applicable to this requested resource.

Any comments appreciated.
