problem with sunfire v880

hi all, I ahve here a sunfire v880, in te night the server goes down and today in the morning I tried to fix it, but the keyboard doesn't work, I have a sun USB keyboardn connected to the USB of the server but when I tried to put the root password but the keyboard doesn't work, do you know how can i do to fix the server?

Telnet in from another machine as a user and su to root from there or directly as root as long as it is enabled. Then I would do a reboot to see if the keyboard/mouse comes back.

Is your input-device keyboard or ttya or rsc-console?
