Change Date Format in iplanet Access logs

Hi,We are currently using iplanet web server. The default date format in the access logs is dd/mmm/yyyy:HH:MM:SS GMT. How can we change this format to yyyy/mm/dd:HH:MM:SS GMT.Thanks in advance
