Netscape: error

I can been trying to connect my sun server to the internet for a while now..........i think i have gotten rid of most of the errors. But one error still remains. This is what it says:

Netscape: error

The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy

Try connection again later.

I don't really know where this is coming from but i have my suspictions. We are behind a firewall that we need to go throught get get internet access. I have attempted to bypass this firewall by using the "no proxy for" line in the internet preferance/advanced/proxy page and typing in alot of applicable ip's.

Do you have any suggestions on what's wrong?
