Boot Problem

I've got a problem with an Ultra Sparc 5 system which has solaris 2.6 installed. This machine was rebooted yesterday and never came back up. When it is turned on the power supply comes on but the screen remains blank. All that I can see is that the on button blinks green. The last time this happened, it was due to memory becoming unseated but does not seem to be the case now. Any ideas anyone.
