solaris lp options to windows printserver

We have an application that uses lp with various options, including -olandscape. However when it prints to a printer vi an XP print server, the format still comes out in portrait.

If I print to a directly set-up printer, [Jetadmin] it does print in landscape. We need to print using the windows printerserver, as jetadmin is no longer supported.

Any ideas?

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? We are having a similar issue where we need to print jobs using both the -o l (landscape) and the -o c (compress the font to 17 pitch) commands.

I solved the landscape problem by setting up a separate printer in Windows that defaults to landscape format and whenever they need to print landscape, they just print to that printer. However the -o c requirement has me stymied. I cannot find a way to force the printer to use 7 point Courier (equivalent to 17 pitch).
