OpenLDAP or SunOne Directory with Active Directory

Okay here is my problem. I would like to sync AD with a Solaris based LDAP solution. Basically I'd like my NT admins to handle user access to my servers while I lock things down locally. Has anyone managed to pull this off? I'd prefer to use OpenLDAP but I would use the Sun One Solution as well if I needed too.

SUN has the "isw" (IdSync for Windows, check download url) solutuon.

Some info at:

You may also Google "pGina" or "ad4unix" depending on which way you are looking at. I think sysadmmagazine has one good article on pGina.

You may also consider Fedora Directory Server WinSync, FDS and SUN ONE DS are from the same Netscape family.
