dvi SunOS 5.10 XVR-100?

SunOS 5.10 Generic_118822-18 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-1500

I have a Sun-Blade 1500 with an xvr-100 and I am running solaris 10 with the above patch level.

I Figured out how to setup the xvr/os to use DVI as default video out on solaris 9 - but I can't seem to locate information on how to configure solaris 10 to do the same.

Anyone have any pointers? I noticed in solaris 10 that the /etc/dt dir doesn't exist. In 9 it did and I could create the ../config/Xservers file and place the fb config info in there.

As it turns out, the first attempt at the below, which is just like solaris 9, didn't work, not sure why, but after trying again, it worked.. and all is well. I just created the directories and the Xservers file listed below and its working now.

# cd /etc/dt

# cd config

# pwd

/etc/dt/config

# ls

Xservers

# more *

:0 Local <a href="mailto:local_uid@console" target="_blank">local_uid@console</a> root /usr/openwin/bin/Xsun -dev /dev/fbs/pfb0b
