RAM compatibility from W2100z to Ultra 20

I've got a W2100z w/ 6Gb of RAM and am considering adding an Ultra 20 (ECC) with the, potential, intent to move some RAM from the W2100z to the new system.

The specifications on the RAM look identical to me (assuming I'm all ECC in the Ultra 20).

Anyone know for certain if the RAM is compatible between these systems?
