statement of volatility for declassifying

I can't seem to find any information for declassifying FRU's on various Sun systems. I need to obtain SOV's for several systems we need to declassify, but my searches turn up nothing. Does anyone know how this information may be available? -ronny

I don't know. Whenever such a request came across my desk as a Sun support engineer, I just forwarded it to the field and went on to whaver might be the next case. The inside support staff never got involved. Bill at 2007-7-5 14:13:16 >
