Hi Anyone can tell me how to find a firmware version of the HBA card connected to a SUN 480 machine in OS or OK prompt

This depends on the brand of HBA, for example an Emulex HBA uses /usr/sbin/lpfc/lputil as its controlling program within which you can find the HBA firmware versions. Others print messages on the console when the server boots stating what the firmware is. What HBA's have you got? and it would be worth doing a search of your messages files for the terms firmware, fcode, etc to see if the firmware versions are mentioned during the server boot process.
