Did you make any changes to the SP before you left it for the week end?

Did you ever get this resolved, and how? I'm experiencing similar issues. Thanks, Tim

When you get a V40z or a v20z you have to configure the Service Processor.

If you follow the instructions in the following link this will help you turn on the machine (and not just the Service Processor) see the Powering on seciton about 1/2 way down.

<a href="http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/hardware/docs/html/817-5246-16/ch ap1.html#pgfId-1003373" target="_blank"> http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/hardware/docs/html/8 17-5246-16/chap1.html#pgfId-1003373</a>

Once you have done this you need to configure the service processor as per chapter 2

<a href="http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/hardware/docs/html/817-5246-16/ch ap2.html#50805" target="_blank"> http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/hardware/docs/html/8 17-5246-16/chap2.html#50805</a>

If this doesn't work the document below tells you how to reset the Service Processor back to defaults and start again.
