Sun Fire v120 reset system configuration card

I'm using a Sun Fire V120 and I've set the boot-file to net and cannont access the system at all now. I am unable to hyperterminal and since it's booting to the net I can't change the eeproms at all. I know the eeproms are stored on the system configuration card but I'm not sure how to default the eeprom's so I can access the system. Can anyone help me out?

Hello, please review the V120 User's Manual for the emergency recovery procedure (the usual STOP-A isn't available with a USB keyboard). Michael

before it trys to boot do stop A

then type set-default boot-file

this will default the boot-file entry

you should NEVER change the boot-file as this relates to the kernel file you want to boot.

if all else fails do stop-A

then set-defaults

this resets all the OBP settings
