Sun E250 no monitor output upon boot

I have a couple of E250's that I am blowing away to put Solaris 9 on. The first one booted up and everything went just fine.

The second one powers up, but the monitor's power light just blinks on and off, and nothing appears on the screen. I've unseated and reseated the graphics card, switched monitors/cables. I don't want to switch cards, as the first one is already up and I can't take it down.

Does anyone have any other ideas that I can try? The console is not set up, or I would have went in that way. I've switched the slots that it is in, but that doesn't appear to work either.

The graphics card is the Raptor GFX.

Any help is appreciated.

You are going to have to unconnect all keyboard, mice and monitors from the system and go into through the serial console port.
