W2100z and third SCSI drive

I'm trying to add a third SCSI drive to the W2100z.

The first is a 73GB Seagate, the second is a 147GB Seagate and the third is a 147GB Fujitsu.

The first (ID 1) and the second (ID 0) are on the same connector connected to the B channel. The third (ID 0) is on the A channel.

When the third drive is connected I get "No operating system was found".

The OS is Win XP, but I don't think it matter.

I've tried also to change the third drive to ID 1 and 2, but nothing changed.

Any help?
