I need to upgrade BIOS file for W210Z for solving Rear Fan1 Fault problem, I downloaded the Supplemental CD2.1Image file, and burn to CD using Neno, but the CD does not work. It can boot , but cannot go to the Manu as Supplemental CD1.3 supplied by Sun. Can anyone teach me the right procedure to burn Image file to the CD.

If you are having issues with this I suggest that you contact your local Sun Support Center as the system is quite new and would still have some warranty left on it. Once this is done they should be able to arrange for a field engineer to attend and fix the issue for you.
Firmware if done incorrectly can be bad and in worst cases can prevent the system from working.

The problem is this W2100Z workstation is bourght from Sun eBay store, and San said it does not covered by warranty, so could you or anyone else please teach me the right procedure to make supplemental CD for update the BIOS?

I replaced fan AFB1212ME with AFB1212SHE(Part #370-6811), this fan's speed is higher, so there is no any Rear Fan1 Fault problem anymore. I tested both Fan sensor's wafeform(Blue wire to Black wire) using Oscilloscope:new one: f=119Hz, but problem one only 78Hz, so if you order rear fan, don't order part #370-7716 .
Now system works well wethout updating the BIOS.
