SSTM and Windows 2003 boot from SAN

Looking through the documentation I cannot determine if SSTM supports managing multipathed boot images. One of the troubleshooting sections of th documentation imply that it works but there is no other mention of the OS image residing on the SAN.Does anyone know if it works?
