frequently disk replacement

Hi all,can I have your advice, please? we've got a lot of replacements on our A500 disk array during last months, why disks can be damaged so quickly? what points to check? thanks in advanceDamian

There are lots of things that can cause drives to fail. However, your post doesn't contain much information to make an assessment. How many drives are "a lot"? How old are they? Have you asked your service provider what the faults are?
