Which storage ?

We have to sell to a customer a storage solution with faster drive for database , sata for capacity and nas.

The ideal choice would be 3510 with 15k drives and 3511 with 250gb sata , but at present cannot mix 3510 raid with 3511 jbod .

Will this feature be available in the near next future ?

Currently Sun lacks of a proper Nas solution.

Once there was a news from DotHill for a Nas , now the products seems disappeared , why ?

Has something to do with the introduction of Procom Nas ?

We have had bad experience with Procom Nas , i've seen the problems are still present on Sun 5210 or 5310 product.

Do we have to sell to customer a solution based on Emc CX300 and NS500G ?

I will replay myself.I've read today the new 3511 documents of 25 th feb .We can now mix 3510 and 3511 and also have bigger 3510 disks 300gb and 3511 disks 400gb.
