I have one old system with Sun enterprise 3500, storage A5000, Veritas Volume Manager 3.0.2, Solaris 2.6
Now I want to upgrade to Solaris 8 but I could not find where is the Veritas key.
Could you help me on how to find that key ? Does the Veritas VM on A5000 required a key ?

I'm assuming when you say "upgrade" that you mean "clean install".
You do not need a license key when a photon array is installed, at least not with VxVM 3.2 and higher. Just make sure that the array is connected and recognized by luxadm when you install the Veritas software.
FYI, I've run into situations where after installing VxVM w/ photons attached it will say in the graphical interface that RAID-5 is not allowed when it most certainly is. I was forced to create RAID-5 from the command line.
