A1000 PROBLEM

I met an A1000 fully populated with 12 disks.Format command is not seeing two of the disks again while probe-scsi-all sees only seven.

When I added another disks to those slots , A1000 still did not se them.am planning to install Raid manager on it now.However my fear is will it erase the data on th disks.I plan just to install and use it to view and not configure.

What can i doo plssss!!
