password reset/recovery 3510

Hi all:

I'm trying to find how to recover a lost password from a 3510FC array or a way to reset it (the data don't matter) the array to factory defaults without issuing passwords...

I know how to reset the nvram but all procedures states that I have to issue the password before procedure.

All I need is have access to the 3510 and chage the config... the actual data can be lost.
