A5200 not all disk shared

Hi

I have a "testing" system that has two E4000 connected to one A5200, when I type vxdisk list, i some of the disk show are shared, and i can make shared disk groups, other show as online. but not shared. these I cannot make shared disk groups. Can someone help me? I was wondering if there was a firmware different on the Hard disk, but I do not know how to check
