SCSI Controller

Hello All,

I have an Ultra 5 workstation with an external storage box attached.I dont have physical access to the system.I want to know the details of the SCSI controller from Solaris OS (scsi type, driver etc) that I am having in the system.I dont have physical access to the system.

I cannot reboot the system

Begin by logging into the system, then su to root user and run two commands...

# /usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag -v

# format

Paste the <u>entire</u> output back here into this forum, and perhaps someone can try to help you.

The "dmesg" command may also show the SCSI controller from the last time it booted up.
