attaching T2000 to HP EVA 3000

has anyone managed to attach a T2000 to an HP EVA 3000 SAN yet.It appears that the HP SecurePath Manager drivers do not recognise the T2000 because its to new, so you have to use native multipathing. If anyone has managed this, are there any gotchasGraham

The OS that comes on the T2000 is Solaris 10 3/05 HW2, Solaris 10 is supported by the EVA 3000. I can't see how the hardware architecture will make a difference detecting the array. The array should just present LUNs which can be seen once the HBA driver is installed and configured correctly. What HBA are you using?

am using the standard sun card:SG-(X)PCIE2FC-QF4 Dual port 4Gb FC (includes standard and low-profile brackets)Basically HP are saying that it should work, but they havent tried it.It certainly wont work with secure path, as the card is too new.Graham

Have you tried Sun Multipath instead?

Just a follow up on this issue. I was looking at an alert for the T2000 and I thought this may be something worth mentioning. The Alert ID is 102099. Perhaps a 10_Recommended patch and the /etc/system setting may help.
