replace A3510FC controller

Just wonder when replace one of the A3500FC controller(Two controllers in the Controller module) and the battery Unit, Do I need to power off the controller module and disk arrays?Thanks for advice!!

No need. Simply fail the RAID controller(if it isn't already) using the Recovery Guru in the RAID manager GUI, once the controller is replaced, Online it in the same GUI.
The only precaution about the battery, is disabling the cache before removing the battery. This will avoid some nasty data integrity problems should you have a power outage during the maintenance window. this can be done in Maintenance and Tuning.
