Hello Pranav,
did you change anything between the last successful boot and now ?
Drive is not ready
Issue probe-scsi to check if all disks are detected. I think at least one of the drives will be missing (the failed one).
Try to reseat the drive. Review the E450 User's Guide for the drive numbering/location in the trays and of cause trouble shooting procedures.
Using a console cable allows to capture the output and view the diagnostics information.
Review the following thread for instructions

With the lack of information I will take a shot in the dark!
First basic line of defense when looking to troubleshooting hardware issues is to boot cdrom(ok> boot cdrom -sw).
Make sure you can see all the disks/hardware that should be present.
For better troubleshooting you really should supply: Server model, OS level, disk configuration, attached peripherals(Tape drives, etc. ), better/cut-N-paste/hand tyed of boot messages where system stops, known software installed(ie- veritas, Disksuite, etc.), changes to system lately, time of last successful reboot, patch levels(Not that it really matters for 2.6), etc.
Hello "error",
it was my fault to try to answer his (pthaker) question. When I asked him to post his configuration, the type of system and operating system weren't indeed suficient.
It wasn't his first inquiry on these forums, but as in his previous posts, he hesitated or is incapable to provide the requested information.
