First set up StarOffice to associated your Outlook database.

1) With StarOffice Writer open; select File > Wizards > Address data source

2) Select Outlook address book

3) Select Next

4) Give it a name or accept the default

5) Accept the default check mark to make it available to all StarOffice suite

6) Click finish

To use it within a StarOffice document:

1) With StarOffice Writer open on a blank document, select View> Data Sources

2) Expand the Addresses > Tables view

3) Click on OP Contacts (or other name as appropriate)

4) Highlight the record you wish to include in the document

5) Drag & drop the record to your document which will launch another wizard

6) Insert data as text

7) Move fields within the wizard as appropriate. E.g.,

<First Name> <Last Name>

<Address1>

<Address2>

<City> <State> <Zip/postal>

Enjoy!
