Unadvertently installed Starwriter 8 Update Patch 1 over StarOffice 8

Hello everybody. I'm new to this forum.

At first (now it has been corrected) StarWrite 8 Patch 1 was posted at top of Patches webpage. I did'nt take the neccesary care and unadvertently downloaded it and installed over StarOffice 8.

Now I am experiencing problems and tried to install the proper patch over it but installer will refuse to do so.

Any suggestions appart from uninstalling, reinstalling and so?
