Multiuser install StarOffice 8

I am installing StarOffice 8 on a multiuser computer. I change the default settings logged in as the Administrator, but when logging in as a different user the settings do not hold. How can I set this up so I do not have to change the settings every time someone new logs in? I am using a WinXP computer with a Novell 6.5 login.
