It has been our experience that terminal servers are generally used only in medium-sized businesses and, to a lesser extent, in some larger companies.

StarOffice[TM] was not specifically developed for or adapted to terminal server software. However, StarOffice 7 does run in these kind of environment but there are reported little issues with the Quickstarter, multiple StarOffice processes spawning as well as LDAP configurations.

These are the reasons why technical support is handled differently than usual, so it is not possible to get free-of-charge respect. cost-effective support via the Sun StarOffice Forums and the Pay Per Incident (PPI) support channel.
