Star Office 8 Product Update - not installing

Hi,

I've downloaded the Star Office 8 Product update 1, tried to install it using patchadd as instructed but the patch is bailing out following the patch check. Anybody else seen this? More to the point, anybody know what the problem is and how to fix it?

System is SB2500 Silver, Solaris 10 03/05 which is patched using the update manager to the latest set of patches (support contract). StarOffice 8 is commercial boxed set not electronic download (guess is they are the same anyway).

Don't know if this is related, but when I try to install patch 120190-02 on Solaris 10 x86, then patchadd prints out about various language components not being found, takes a little while accessing the disk, then ends. No messages. The return code is 8. The patch does not seem to get installed. showrev -p does not show the patch, and if I compare some of the files within the patch directory to the corresponding ones in /opt/staroffice8, then they are different.

Looks like the patches were broken and got rerolled. I donwloaded again and was able to patch without problems.A+Paul
