I have lost the install CD for my copy of Staroffice 7. I have the entitlement certificate for it and all the DOC..If you call Sun Support and ask them how to get a replacement CD, they forward me to Sales. Talking with Sales, they send me back to Staroffice Support ..Stopping short of me buying another copy of StarOffice 7, does anyone know how to get a replacement install CD?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a free replacement CD if you have lost it. We would be responsible for replacing it if, for instance, you had bought the StarOffice CD directly from Sun and the CD was damaged or was not the product you thought it should be. And, in order to qualify for a replacement, we would need the original CD to be returned to us. Therefore, with these conditions in mind, we are unable to assist you.
It may be that the CD you think you lost may turn up somewhere?
If not, we are very sorry to tell you that you would have to buy another copy of StarOffice 7.
